The track highlights the dangers, paranoia and stupidity of a "democratic" country sleep-walking into a surveilance society / big brother state. Nothing to hide - Lots to fear.
"The Bombs Of Enduring Freedom" is the new project headed by James Fogarty, whose previous experimental metal project Ewigkeit released it's final 2 albums via Earache records.
On the theme of the song, Fogarty has this to say ;
"the UK is currently the world's most surveyed society. We have 4.2 million CCTV cameras in operation - that is 1 camera for every 14 people.
Since the launch of "the war on terror", we have been slowly heading towards becoming a police state, and this is real dangerous territory. If you care, it's time to act before this goes to far - if not, then get that f**cking verichip in your arm before somebody fly's a 727 into your grandmothers house. See you at the interrogation centre"
